Ingredients:
We used half Crowd Cow organic, grass-fed ground beef and half ground pork (from Sprouts)
Smashed pork rinds (in lieu of breadcrumbs) with one egg
Killer Hog's BBQ Texas Brisket Rub (buy it HERE *Amazon affiliate link)
Lots of peppercorn. Whole & ground
Half a shallot
3 cloves of minced garlic
Grass-fed heavy cream
Grass-fed butter (we get ours from Costco)
*The meatballs and sauce are gluten-free
